Please try to use something like this:

RewriteRule /manufacture\.asp\?title=([^&]+)&code=1 http\://www.parfemi.hr/proizvodjac/$1 [I,RP]
RewriteRule /proizvodjac/([^/]+) /manufacture.asp\?title=$1&code=1 [I,L]

this code=x its code for manufacturer..
that change
i did made some rewrite and  url is ok.. but i allways get  products from first manufacturer..

Please can you help

Well, then you need to have SEO-friendly URLs in the following format: http://www.parfemi.hr/proizvodjac/armani/50

The rules will be:

RewriteRule /manufacture\.asp\?title=([^&]+)&code=(\d+) http\://www.parfemi.hr/proizvodjac/$1/$2 [I,RP]
RewriteRule /proizvodjac/([^/]+)/(\d+) /manufacture.asp\?title=$1&code=$2 [I,L]
