Hi,

Is it possible to convert all the URL coming in upper case to redirect in lower case by using 301 only by keeping some helicon rule. As google considers http://mysite.com/Product and http://mysite.com/product as different URLs and index separately I want to convert all the URLs in the lower case.

Sure, it's possible:

RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^(.*[A-Z].*)$ $1 [CL,R=301,L]

As for as my knowledge google did not index separately the url in upper cases and lower case. So there is no need to worry about it
