No offense, and sorry if this has been asked before (couldn't find it), but shouldn't webservers have their Time and Timezone set to GMT/UTC? I've applied an offset of hours, but it seems the server is quite a few minutes out as well (40 or so?).

There's also no option for actually specifying a timezone and even Daylight saving time adjustment, which would be nice, not as critical of course.
