Hi,

We had a server outage last night (electrical failure and UPS did not kick in) - when power was restored Helicon Jet did not restart.

Is there any way that we can monitor HJ to see if it is running and a way of restarting using command line command to restart if it has stopped?  This way we can get our monitoring software to restart automatically if it fails.

Thanks,

Rob

PS - apart from this it works excellently

Hi!

1. Would you please tell us your IIS and HeliconJet version.

2. If possible show corresponding Windows Application Log record.

3. Clean HeliconJet cache ("C:\Program Files\Helicon\HeliconJet\Filters\HeliconJet_<SiteId>" or under web site root folder)

4. Restart IIS.
