Hi,

I had been using ur software for last one year without any problem, but recently i had format it so i backed up my whole data thru plesk n then restored it.

All my files n permissions are same but now my video files not converting xxxxxxxx to any no. hence player says file doesnt exist.

Can you plz help me in this ASAP.

Now my whole site is down, and as soon as i remove hotlinkblocker it starts working.

After Enabling hotlinkblocker site works for say 10 min n then none of the pages open. n the probelm is as it is. plz reply asap as my site is totally down.

HotLinkBlocker log-files you can find in the installation folder. Also please provide your event-log.

this software is not at all working. None of the protections working for my folder even after the software is enabled. There is no reply no support for this software even on e-mail.

Please check Application and System logs for possible error messages. Please make sure you have set up correct NTFS permissions and IIS can load HotlinkBlocker dlls from Filters folder under product installation. If there any Deny permissions records please remove it.

I have not faced any kind of problem in my first installation. I dunno wats creating problem this time. i have given text config file above. Plz explain me how to check ntfs permissions?

Please provide Application log records.
And please check if HotlinkBlocker filter is up und running in ISAPI filters tab in IIS.

Yes the filter is up n running in ISAPI, but there is some changes it now. Yesterday i saw the excutable file name as hotlinkblocker928.dll now its been changed to hotlinkprot.dll which is not available in filter forlder of helicon.

Is it your own server (and you are its administrator) or it's a shared server?
If it is possible please try to reinstall HotlinkBlocker because the situation with changing dlls is hardly possible per se.

Its dedicated server, n m the administrator, I've reinstalled it several times. Is there any possibility that i give my server details n u can check wats the problem in it??
