Server 2003 x64 and IIS x32

We currently have ISAPI Rewrite 3 working great with Server 2003 x64 and IIS x64. We need to put IIS into 32bit mode. I'm guessing we'll need to uninstall the x64 version of ISAPI Rewrite and install the 32bit version?

Actually the 64biut version of ISAPI_Rewrite installs both 32 and 64 bit version and enables the one you need.
But you may need to re-install ISAPI_Rewrite after the switch.
