Encoding In the

Anton-

Having trouble with this one. My normal redirects look something like this:

Code: Select all
RewriteCond %{HTTP:Host} ^[^.]+\.avst\.com$
RewriteRule ^/somedirectory/somefile.asp$ http://www.avst.com/newdirectory/betterfile.asp [NC,L,R=301]

However, I am having a hard time building one when the URL has ENCODING in it, such as the one below.

Code: Select all
http://www.avst.com/blog%C2%A0

Ideally I would like this to just redirect back to: http://www.avst.com/blog

Your insight is always appreciated.

C.J.

Hello.

As far as I can see the combination of characters that you've mentioned "/blog%C2%A0" does not reach Ape at all. It seems like these symbols are getting filtered by IIS or some other module (like request filtering) before Ape has a chance to operate. I am sorry, I currently cannot investigate it further.
